We're from Ohio and have made many trips to Key West and when we got engaged we knew that's where we wanted to get married. Once we picked our ceremony location (Pier House) we asked for some photographer recommendations. Karrie Porter Photography came highly recommended by Jessica from the Pier House so I of course checked out her online albums and immediately knew she was the photographer for me. Karrie is AMAZING!!! From our pre-wedding and first look photos to the end of our reception Karrie was able to capture every moment for us. Some of my favorite photos are the ones she took when we weren't looking she was able to capture that special moment with friends and family. Karrie even helped us set up a trolley to take our wedding party around the island and get those one of a kind pictures. I couldn't imagine having anyone take my wedding photos and the album turned out GREAT! Thanks for making 11/18/12 so memorable!

We Got married March 17, 2011 in SC. And we wanted to honeymoon in keywest and at the same time take few shots at the beach during sunset. I Emailed many photographers, and many never replied or way too expensive for a 1.5hr shoot. Karrie replied very quick, gave an awesome quote, signed contract, met in key west, had an awesome time. I came across Karrie’s website while looking for a photographer for my wedding in Key West. My husband and I eloped and I only wanted someone for around 2 hours since it was a small intimate ceremony. I could tell from the quality of the photos on her site that she would be able to maximize that 2 hours and take photos that we would love in that short amount of time. I e-mailed her and received a response that day. I had e-mailed some other folks in Key West (like officiates, tour guides, etc.) and most took quite a wile to respond. Not Karrie though, she always got back to me right away! From the moment I reached out to her I felt that my wedding was in good hands. It was such a relief. I was traveling to a place I had never been for one of the most important days of my life and these pictures would capture this special moment for all of our friends and family to see. She even contacted the officiant we chose and coordinated with her. The best part of course was that our wedding pictures turned out beautiful!
