You already know that having a professional headshot is important, but who has the time when you’re busy running your business? Well, now is your chance!
I’m excited to be teaming up with local organizations and associations to provide quick, professional, on-site headshots for the local Key West community.

What Should I Wear?

It depends! It depends on how you’ll use the photo, and whether you are trying to tie it into the branding of your company. If your brand is very casual, then a colorful collared shirt for guys, or sleeveless dress for women, might be appropriate. If your brand is more serious, then you might bring a suit and tie, or ladies might opt for a blazer. Either way, choose colors and styling that make sense to your audience and the image you’re trying to portray. Solid colors generally look best, as the point of the image is to connect the viewer with YOU, not your clothing, so solids, 3/4 lengths, or non-distracting patterns work best.

Are there any additional costs?

The session includes (1) digital image file formatted and licensed for use on social media profiles, email footers, digital newsletters, and on your website.

Additional photos and larger file sizes suitable for large-format printing will be available for purchase for those that want them, and you will have an opportunity to upgrade your image with additional Retouching as well, if desired.

When do I receive the photo?

Your image will be emailed to you after the shoot. Exact turnaround will depend on how many participants we have, but we are aiming to have everything edited and delivered approximately 1 week after the event.

Can you make me look…younger/thinner/etc/etc?

The session includes a basic edit to adjust the exposure, crop, and contrast, and minimal touch ups of things like flyaway hairs and stray threads on clothing. Additional Retouching will be available as an upgrade for those who desire things like arm, chin, or tummy slimming, wrinkle reduction, skin smoothing, teeth whitening, hair volume or root touch-up, and other similar cosmetic changes. What if the event is busy…Am I guaranteed a spot?

Everything is first-come, first-served, and I will shoot from the beginning to the end of the event. Those who pre-register will receive a guaranteed time slot, and any remaining time will be used for those who pop in at the event.

What if I pre-register, but then can’t make it?

We understand things come up last minute. There is no penalty if you can’t make it, but as a courtesy to others who might be waiting, please try to let us know as soon as possible so we can give your time slot to someone else.
