Our Contract States a Maximum 8 Week Turnaround

for all sessions. While we employ not one, but TWO editors to keep things moving and generally get images out sooner, this is not a guarantee as we have to allow for seasonality and other variables.

However, if you require faster processing to meet a particular deadline or simply don’t want to wait, we can outsource the edits to our lab for an additional fee, and you’ll have them back much sooner, and the requested turnaround is guaranteed.
