I know that choosing wedding vendors in a destination can be a challenge. Unlike getting married back home, where you can ask friends and family for recommendations and easily meet with service providers in person, having a wedding in Key West means you have to rely on websites, online reviews, and how you mesh by phone and email. But there’s one resource many couples forget about, and that is asking other vendors! We work together every weekend, and because it’s a small town, we also interact regularly within the community and just everyday life.

While there are many more amazing vendors in the Keys, and I am happy to work alongside anyone you deem a perfect fit for your day, these vendors listed on this page are simply those I have worked with personally, and can speak from personal experience their professionalism and quality of work.

Key West Wedding Planners

If you have not hired a planner for your destination wedding, I highly recommend doing so. Speaking from experience as someone who - because I’m in the industry and already knew my vendors - thought she could do it all herself, if I could go back and do it over, that would be the one thing I would have changed. When you’re coming from out of town, have 8,327 things to think about, and you’re just trying to have a good time and enjoy your day, you NEED that person to help you, and just give you that peace of mind of “don’t worry, it’s taken care of”. While there are other great planners, these are the teams I have the most first-hand experience and really enjoy working with.

I recommend them because I like their work as professionals, I like them personally as human beings, and I’ve worked with them enough times to know they will take great care of you.
